Drastic Plastic Records is a label guided by its mission to re-release on vinyl the most seminal punk and post-punk records, complete with painstaking recreations of art, packaging and sound reflecting each records' original release.
We are proud, however, to announce our first original release: a 7" single by punk outfit Bullet Proof Hearts entitled "American Custom."
While we are devoted to our mission, this was too good not to press. The B-side is the band's cover of Glen Matlock's (Sex Pistols, Rich Kids) "Apparently." The bands hard-driving rock and hooky guitars make for catchy songs and a unique sound that pays homage to the best of the genre: The Ramones and Johnny Thunders come to mind. But don't take our word for it... Check out the video for American Custom below.
7" single includes two never-before released tracks: "American Custom" and "Apparently". Hand-numbered, limited edition of 500 collectible mixed red, white and blue vinyl.
• Includes digital download card with 320kbps mp3s of “American Custom” and “Apparently”
